Polzeath

Polzeath mainly has coastal properties for sale.

Polzeath is a popular village with several shops including surf shops, restaurants, cafes, grocery stores and a Post Office. The beach is large and sandy, watched over by Lifeguards in the summer months, and is ideal for surfing. For more extensive shopping the town of Wadebridge offers all town amenities, including cinema and leisure centre, and is approximately 6 miles away.

New Polzeath

New Polzeath mainly has coastal properties for sale.

The immediate area of New Polzeath is wonderful walking country over National Trust land with superb scenery and the beach of Polzeath is one of the finest surfing beaches in the country. The access to the beach and coastal path is a very easy walk. The watersports haven of Rock is only three miles away, which is ideal for sailing, water-skiing, windsurfing and the famous golf links of St Enodoc Golf Club. Roserrow Golf and Country club is within easy reach offering leisure facilities and an 18-hole golf course.

Port Isaac

Port Isaac mainly has coastal properties for sale.

Port Isaac is a thriving unspoilt working fishing village with a daily fish market and many lively cafes and seafood restaurants. The village has a local community with many facilities and amenities, a grocery store, a variety of shops, doctor's surgery and primary school. During recent years Port Isaac has been the setting for the popular ITV series 'Doc Martin', of recent times it is the home of the "Fishermans Friends" the famous sea shanty singers, they can usually be heard singing on Friday evenings throughout the summer adding real atmosphere to the village.

Rock

Rock is a very popular holiday destination that has a mix of holiday properties and permanent homes. Situated across the Camel Estuary from Padstow and linked by the passenger ferry, Rock is famous for its watersports and wonderfully laidback atmosphere. There are plenty of shops and a range of beaches within driving or walking distance so there is truly something for everyone.

Roserrow

Roserrow is situated to the east of the Camel estuary, a mile from the famous beaches at Polzeath and Daymer Bay and a few minutes' drive from the water sports haven of Rock. There are local village stores a short drive away in Rock, Polzeath and St Minver, as well as across the estuary by ferry in Padstow. More extensive shopping can be done at Wadebridge.

St Moritz
